I’m going to launch a 6-month cohort in January for men who no longer want to drift, but want to be a part of a community in the journey. We’ll meet monthly (virtual) to talk through content, frameworks, and accountability. You will also have the opportunity for 1:1 time each month. Only a few spots are left. We have several incredible men already committed. Reply to this email if you are interested or in.

YOU CAN REPEAT OR YOU CAN REBUILD

I hope you had a great and restful Christmas. It’s been a much-needed slow couple of days for our crew.

Most men treat the New Year like a lottery ticket.

They hope 2026 will be better. They hope they’ll lose the weight. They hope their marriage improves. They hope they’ll make more money.

But hope is not a strategy. And guessing is not a plan.

If you don’t know exactly why you drifted in 2025, you are guaranteed to repeat it in 2026.

You cannot fix what you do not face.

That’s why I don’t do "New Year’s Resolutions." I’m not against them, but the data shows that 91% of people fail before January is over. It’s not that the goals are bad, but why didn’t you hit them last year? How can that change how you show up next year?

In the military, they use After Action Reports (AARs). They don’t judge the mission based on feelings; they judge it based on execution. What happened? Why did it happen? How do we fix it?

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." - Carl Jung

We need that same ruthless honesty in our own lives.

We need to look at the last 12 months and ask the hard question:
Where was I living Below the Line?

  • Where did I make excuses?

  • Where did I numb out?

  • Where did I let my standards slide to avoid conflict or discomfort?

And then, we need to look forward and ask:
What is the standard I refuse to compromise on next year?

This isn’t about "feeling bad" about your mistakes. It’s about data. The Drift thrives in the gray area of your life, in the places you ignore.

So, let’s shine a light on it.

For the last newsletter of the year, I created a tool for you. It’s the 2025 NO DRIFT Year-End Review.

It’s not a list of wishes. It’s a binary assessment. Above the Line, or Below it.

I want you to print this out. Turn off your phone. Go somewhere quiet. And tell yourself the truth. I worked through it a coffee shop last week. It was a humbling and powerful exercise.

If you want to win in 2026, you have to stop lying to yourself about 2025.

Draw the line. Then protect it.

For you,
Kevin

P.S. Reply to this email with your "Theme for 2026" once you’ve finished the audit. I read every reply. Let’s get to work.
